Yes, we offer a free refund within 14 calendar days (from the day following the receipt of your order) with a refund of the full cost of the goods.

We do not withhold from customers transportation or other costs related to the return of orders incurred by our company. However, if you paid duties and customs fees upon receipt of the parcel (in accordance with the legislation of your country), we will not be able to compensate you for these costs.

Please note that upon return, the product must be returned in its original form, undamaged and unused.
When we receive the product and check it for compliance with the return conditions, if the product meets the return conditions, we will refund the money in the same way that you paid for the order.
